How do you know that your interviewee really knows what they are doing?
How do you know whether they are up to the myriad of challenges that you
are going to present? How do you know whether the experiences they
present are worthwhile? How do you know whether their references are real
and valid and not just repeating words and phrases they have learned from
documentation or forum discussions?
